I have a chocolate brown dress with pink flowers. You think it's too dark to wear to a wedding in the summer? Also shoes, what color / bag should I, when I was wearing.

I would say if you wear something black, then you want to use the colorful accessories. Rosa clear that half-game of the flowers go well with this color. You could white shoes, a white bag, etc do it too. Maybe a gauze, a colorful scarf or wrap in pink or cream to lighten it.

I think for the wedding in the summer, you want to stay away from dark colors. Instead of summer colors like pink, white, light blues, etc. If you are in pink shoes or using a bag that fits the pocket. I hope that helped!
